We are doing a meadow restoration at St Joe's Farm and could use some help. We've got about an acre that needs to be mowed/weedeated, and invasive weeds (like blackberries) pulled and killed. Our goal is to mow so that we could burn the next week. We need to do a lot of this by hand because there is a little "stream" (run off from a pond) in the middle of the meadow. This makes it too muddy to just go through with big equipment and mow the whole area, so we may use weedeaters as well.

We've got some weedeating equipment, but you may want to wear boots that can get wet & muddy. It's pretty boggy in some areas.
