Carpool if you can. <br />Take Highway 10 to a closed mom and pop store (William&#39;s junction) where<br />highways 10 and 9 intersect. Stay on Highway 9 another 1.5 miles. Should<br />see brown sign saying &quot;Lake Sylvia Recreational Area&quot;. Turn left at sign.<br />Stay on road for 3.7 miles. Should see a large brown sign saying &quot;Ouachita<br />Swim Site, Lake Sylvia”. Travel another half mile or so PAST this brown<br />sign and park in the paved parking lot on the left side of the road in<br />front of the Nature Trail. <br /><br />Bring water and snacks.
