DLAMN - Mammals Class

John Hunt, Professor of Biology at the University of Arkansas at Monticello and coauthor of Mammals of the Southeastern United States and the forthcoming Mammals of the Southwestern United States will present “Mammals of Arkansas.”  Topics of discussion include the definition of a mammal, features of mammalian skulls and skeletons, diversity of mammals in Arkansas (including, but not limited to rodents, bats, and carnivores), natural history of Arkansas mammals, species of mammals introduced into Arkansas, and conservation of mammals in Arkansas and the southeast.
