Discovery Hike - Lake Ouachita State Park, Friday, October 29
About this event
Join Park interpreter Emily Stubblefield and AMN Bill Randel for a 1.5-mile Discovery Hike along the Dogwood Trail. We will leave the Park’s Visitor Center at 9:00 a.m. for a short walk to the Dogwood Trail. The trail is a short loop with a slight elevation change. Along the way we will “Discover” a diverse plant and animal community while enjoying a beautiful walk in nature. You will need appropriate footwear and insect repellant. The hike will take approximately 1.5 hours.
