About this event

8-mile hike on newly excavated &quot;Ozark Keystone Trail&quot;, shore of Norfork Lake from Panther Creek Crossing up lake to Robinson Point trailhead. We&#39;ll be some of the first members of the public to hike this virgin trail section, part of the 350-mile Ozark Highlands Trail. Rolling terrain, moderate (possibly challenging).<br /><br />Bring lunch &amp; drinks, meet at Robinson Point trailhead, shuttle to Panther Creek Crossing on CR 396 off Hwy 62 (east of ScubaDoo shop). Hike 8 miles back to Robinson Point trailhead parking. <br /><br />Directions. From Mountain Home Walmart, drive 5 miles east on U.S. Highway 62, turn right on Robinson Point Road, drive 2.3 miles, trailhead on right near park entrance. GPS 36.357073, -92.24674, or N36 21&#39;25&quot;, W92 14&#39;48&quot;.
