Larry Price’s House: 35.279241,-93.063403 (copy and paste coordinates into Google Earth).



Type of Project:

Controlled Burn of an approximate 11-acre Native Wildflower/Pollinator Habitat at Larry Price's property. Weather conditions have to be very specific for this type of a burn; if a burn ban is implemented, the burn will be postponed, so re-check this post Sunday morning.


General Directions:

From Conway, take I-40 West to Exit 84 and turn right on Bradley Cove Road (you will pass a large Flying J truck-stop on the right), approximately 1.5 miles, turn right on Old Cove Road and travel 0.3 miles and Larry’s place will be on the left. There will be a Pollinator Habitat sign at the beginning of his driveway.



What to Bring/Wear:

Appropriate Clothing, including:
* All-Cotton Clothing (Jeans, Carhart, etc.)
* Work Boots (Preferably LEATHER)
* Leather Gloves
* Eye protection (recommended)

* A drinking water bottle you can carry on your person.
* Insect spray
* Not required, but if you have one, 1 - 2 Gallon pump sprayer (to extinguish small spot-fires).
