Mt. Nebo Native Flowerbed Planting

We will be planting the 2 flowerbeds located behind the Visitor Center at Mt. Nebo State Park with native wildflowers sourced from Larry Price. The beds will need to be filled in with topsoil, be planted, and have rocks placed to keep soil from washing away while the roots are establishing. Meet Andrea Peterka at the Visitor Center at 10am.

Please bring tools/gloves for planting, as well as a water bottle and sack lunch, if you want to have lunch after planting. The Visitor Center also has drinks and snacks available for purchase.

Carpool is available from Robert Fuhler's house at 29 Ridgeview Dr. in Conway (located correctly on Google Maps). Please contact Robert at (501)733-4019 by Wednesday night to confirm carpooling.

Please register if you plan on attending this event. It will be helpful to have a rough estimate of how many people to expect.
