FAMN - Mount Nebo Workday
About this event
As part of our project at Mount Nebo State Park, we will be having a monthly workday to help the park out with whatever they need.
This month's activities will include:
Painting rocks to identify the species of wildflowers planted in the flowerbeds behind the visitor center (materials will be provided)
Building birdhouses to install around the park (DIY Build-a-Birdhouse kits and tools will be provided)
Both of these activities are sedentary and will allow us to stay in the shade and not overheat!
Drinks and snacks are available for purchase at the visitor center, but if you want to eat lunch on the mountain, please bring your own sack lunch.
