UPDATE: We are still collecting at 9am - HOWEVER if you would like to collect earlier, when it's not as hot, I will start at 7:30 near the rifle range. (call me for details 479-216-0609 if interested) I will be at the usual meeting spot at 9am.
Meet at the parking lot of the Camp Robinson Special Use Area (CRSUA): 34.992258, -92.358964 (copy and paste coordinates into Google Maps/Earth).

Type of Project:

Seed collection- multiple species will be collected as available.

General Directions:
Option 1: Head East on Dave Ward Dr (AR-286) (past Sam’s) 9.5 miles (12 minutes) to Nursery Pond Rd. Turn right onto Nursery Pond Rd (at the pollinator field) Parking area will be 180 feet on the right (across from the AGFC maintenance offices).

Option 2: Take Exit 135 off I-40 in Mayflower, go east on Hwy 89 (towards Lake Conway) for approximately 4.5 miles to Clinton Road (on left); go down Clinton Road for approx 2.6 miles; go left on Nursery Pond Road; parking area will be 180 feet on the right (across from the AGFC maintenance offices).


What to Bring/Wear:

* Appropriate Clothing for weather and environment (long pants, hat, etc.) preferably with boots.
* Insect Spray with DEET
* Water
* One more time: Insect Spray with DEET - Chiggers and Ticks are definitely out.
