David's Trail North (2.5 miles), Moderate challenge, hilly, we walk not ride the Mules. Half will walk 2.8 miles out and back clearing trail northward. Half will walk 1.1 miles one way to Three Oaks Resort and shuttle back by vehicle. We will blow leaves, remove blowdowns, clear a few weeds, affix aluminum trail markers. Directions. From Mountain Home Walmart, drive 5 miles east on US Highway 62, turn left on Hwy 101 and drive across the Norfork Lake Bridge. Continue east 1 mile and turn left on CR 806, drive 1.7 miles then turn left on CR 815, and drive 0.7 miles to a “corner” where the road turns 90° left, park at this corner (36.409197, -92.276662) where a spur trail leads to David’s Trail.
