Normally chapter meetings are the last weekend of the month, but I made a scheduling error. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Shawn Hunter, a Master Naturalist with NWA and member of Ozark Wild Ones, will be our speaker. She founded The Diana Project to spread awareness of Arkansas' state butterfly, the Diana Fritillary, whose numbers are in decline. After the lecture, please stay for our business meeting and potluck lunch. If you can, bring something tasty to share with your friends! (In case you missed it: To reduce both food and packaging waste, the Board has decided try potluck-style meals at regular chapter meetings. The holiday party will be catered instead.)

Our chapter meeting will be advertised to the public via the library's website. We could have a few visitors drop in, so if you see a new face, say hi! Maybe we'll attract a new member or two.
