About this event

Geffrey Davis, who teaches for the University of Arkansas’s Program in Creative Writing & Translation and is a core faculty member of Pacific Lutheran University’s Rainier Writing Workshop. will read some of his favorite nature poetry. The wildlife and weather of the landscapes he’s known often show up in his poems, which explore the nature of our connections to people and places. Davis is the author of three books: One Wild Word Away, Night Angler, and Revising the Storm.
