About this event

Dustin Lynch will give a lecture in the morning at the UAEX office. After lunch, we will travel together to ANHC Cove Creek Natural Area to look for the Ozark Spring Beauty, an endemic likely blooming this week. It may be easier (and more fun!) for some NiTs to carpool together from UAEX. Please bring extra clothing and shoes or boots for an easy hike in the woods. Also bring lunch, extra water, hat, etc.

You can copy and paste this plus code into Google Maps for directions to Cove Creek:
7GQ8+F8 Springfield, Arkansas

Written directions to Cove Creek NA from the ANHC website:
From the junction of state Highway 25 and state Highway 285 in Wooster, travel north on state Highway 285 approximately 6.2 miles to the intersection with Mallet Town Road. Turn left (west) onto Mallet Town Road and travel approximately 1.5 miles. Turn right (north) onto Town Circle Road. Go approximately 0.3 mile to JD Road and turn right (east). Follow road straight to parking area at end of road.
