Matthew Friant, Park Interpreter at PMSP, had a cancellation of a field trip that was scheduled for Friday, May 23 - 9:30-11:30. He is now willing to offer training during that time to any CAMN members who WANT to get trained in leading Kingfisher Trail hikes, or giving Reptile, Mammals, or Bird presentations when classes of school kids rotate through them on field trips. We could really use several more people who volunteer in this way, and it's a great way to earn some volunteer hours. If you've wanted to help do this but haven't had the time to shadow anyone while the field trips are in progress, and can go Friday, this is a heck of deal bc you'd be getting training by someone who is a pro and super good at it.
