Hello NCAMN Team Leaders,
Based on discussions with individuals at AMN and the NCAMN Board, I have some information I'd like to share as well as a couple questions.
First, the board is in the process of reviewing the list of activities and sponsors used for reporting volunteer hours. if you have input on any activities or sponsors that should be deleted or added, please let me know. Also, if you don't already do so, please be sure to include the activity and sponsor on your posted events. I know that most of you already do this.
We also want to make sure that all team leaders have access to needed administrative rights on ClubExpress. My understanding is that all team leaders should have the ability to email team members (via the control panel or your team interest group) or to create events. As I am sure you know, events on ClubExpress can be created through quick events or the control panel. Since most team leaders are using quick events, that may be sufficient for you. However, if you create events through the control panel, please let me know. Also, let me know if you have any other questions regarding your administrative access.
