Subject: Volunteers needed for light trail maintenance at Interstate Park Sat July 19 9a-12p
From: Anne Holcomb

Ahoy, CAMN!

Reed Green will be leading some light trail maintenance in Fourche Bottoms this Saturday morning (July 19), 9:00 - 12:00 noon, preparing for the KLRB Fourche Bottoms trash extraction on Saturday, July 26. Volunteers are needed to help blow off the half-mile trail loop, do some limb lopping, and there may be a log across the trail that will need to be cut and moved to the side.  Also needed is some weed-whacking along the trail and the observation/photo shot clearing previously created.  Reed says, "If we can get across the low-lying area to where the "champion" cypress tree is, we'll need to weed-whack the old sewer line service road so we can access the trash piles along the east side of the confluence of Coleman Creek and Fourche.".

Meet at the yellow gate at the north entrance of Interstate Park, by the railroad tracks.

Thanks!
Reed Green
