Greetings CAMNation!
We are getting very excited about BioBlast coming up October 3-5 at Winthrop Rockefeller Center at Petit Jean! We are finalizing the registration process over the next few days in hopes of eliminating some of the confusion that occurred last year, so watch your email.
What I can tell you now is that registration will be a two-step process this year where you will first register to attend and pay your registration fees, and then you will be sent a separate email afterwards instructing you as to how to sign up for specific presentations, meals, special meal requests, etc.
Sadly, our statewide ‘call to action’ in regards to securing corporate event sponsorships did not meet with much success, therefore, there will be a cost to registration, but what that final cost will be is still being worked out. We will know within a few days and that info will be included with the registration aforementioned instructions.
For those of you who are still unfamiliar with BioBlast and may be unsure whether it is something you can or should attend, I have been asked to write up a brief history of the event and a description of what its purpose is. Look for that email to hit your inbox this weekend.
We have had a few folks respond indicating they cannot attend, but would still like to support BioBlast financially with a donation. All donations will serve to help reduce the overall cost of the event for those attending, so any amount would be appreciated.
