Greetings Master Naturalists -
This is a follow-up to yesterday's BioBlast email. Please note the following:
1. A small number of people have had trouble opening the attachment (which is actually a link) to the Schedule of Events that was included at the bottom of the email. If you are having trouble opening the Schedule, please take the following steps:
- Go to the AMN webpage and sign in on your browser. You may be able to see the Schedule of Events link immediately after signing in. If not, then...
- With your browser window still open in the background, go to the email and click the link to the Schedule of Events. You must be signed in to the AMN website to be able to view the document.
- If you still have trouble, respond to this email and I will send you the document directly. PLEASE try the steps above first as I do not have time to send out potentially hundreds of individual emails.
2. Once you have REGISTERED for BioBlast (this must be done first, including paying your registration fees) through the AMN website, then you will receive an email from Sandy Moore. A link will be included in THAT email to fill out a form to choose the presentations, field trips, and meals you will be participating in.
- Please note: the list of new registrants must be complied by JB and/or Denise and then sent to Sandy. This will NOT happen immediately and probably won't even happen every day. Sandy also works full time, so please be patient! She will get to you in the order that you registered.
- Those of you who have registered already will probably see the email from Sandy sometime between now and Monday. Don't worry, you won't miss out as you will be the first batch of folks to receive the email.
3. There has been a slight correction to one of the Presentations listed in the Schedule of Events:
- Dustin Lynch's presentation entitled "Endemic Fish and Crawfish of Arkansas" has been changed to; "Native Fishes of Arkansas: Diversity, Ecology, and Natural History."
- The presentation description has been changed also: "This program will cover the amazing native fish diversity of Arkansas. The Natural State is home to more than 240 species of fish, including some found nowhere else in the world. We have native fish species in our own streams as spectacular as any in the world."
If you have questions not covered here, please reply to this or yesterday's email and i will respond as soon as possible. Thank you!
