Jim Norwood of NWA Master Naturalists will be the conference closing speaker with the presentation: " A Farming Transition in the Illinois River Watershed- A Zero Pollution Solution." This promotes the idea of using poultry houses to form indoor closed loop, high intensity shrimp farms to protect the Illinois River watershed, save family farms and provide a USA grown safe seafood product.
