Boom Blast on Fourche Creek and Benny Craig Park is scheduled this Saturday morning, February 14, from 9:00 until noon. The boom was disconnected a while back, and the snowmelt provided enough flow to break up the island of trash.
There’s a lot of trash snagged up downstream of the boom.
We’ll be targeting the snagged-up trash up and down the creek channel with the canoes.
Bring your own watercraft, if you have one. We'll have the CAMN canoe wagon with us.
