| Greetings, Fellow Master Naturalists!
It is finally time for BioBlast 2026 registration!!! Thank you all for your patience.
BioBlast 2026 will be November 6, 7 and 8 at the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute in Morrilton AR. The event will kick off with registration and a cash bar starting at 4:00 P.M. on Friday November 6. All meals will be provided starting with dinner on Friday night and ending with breakfast Sunday morning.
You can check out the classes we have scheduled before you register. Once you decide if you want to attend BioBlast you will go to Club Express and register there. After you have done that, you will get an email from Sandy Moore with a link to sign up for classes. All of this is explained in more detail below.
If you have any problems registering or have questions, please reach out to me via email or phone.
Thank you and I hope to see everyone in November!

BioBlast 26 Registration & Event Signup Instructions
There are TWO steps required to complete the process: Registration & Event Signup.
- To Register for BioBlast on the AMN website:
- Go to the website: arkansasmasternaturalists.org.
- Log in as usual.
- Navigate to the BioBlast 26 link on the homepage and click on it.
- Review the event details (also included as an attachment to this email) and then complete the Registration form at the end.
- Please note that all active (dues paid) members should register separately, even if you are a couple. This will allow us to better track how many members and how many guests attend.
- Non-members can be added as guests (limit 1 guest per active member), but it is important to provide the guest’s name and their email address so they can complete their own Event Signup (Step 2).
- Pay all required fees at the end of the Registration process. $100/person for full or partial conference - meals included. Does not include lodging.
- Once this step is complete, please note Step 2.
- For Event Signup, follow these steps:
- You (and your guest, if applicable) will a receive a follow up email from Sandy Moore within a few days of completing your Registration with the subject line “BioBlast 26 Event Signup.” Be sure to check your ‘junk’ mail folder in case the email was diverted there.
- Open the email and you will find instructions and a link to a Google Forms document. Follow the instructions and the link.
- Complete the form. This form will include which meals you will be participating in, any dietary restrictions (please note that the facility will treat all vegetarian and vegan requests as vegan), and the events you plan to attend. It is suggested that you pre-read and have marked down the presentations you wish to attend, taking particular note of the time frames for each event as some events overlap and the Google Forms document will not allow you to double book a time slot.
- One you have completed the Google Forms document, be sure to hit “submit” at the end for your choices to be recorded.
- Once you have submitted your Event Signup choices, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know you form has been submitted.
>>> There is a LIMIT of 150 REGISTRANTS, and BioBlast Registration CLOSES OCTOBER 21st, so register soon so you don't miss out! <<<
BioBlast Merch - If you are interested, we have set up a BioBlast 26 store where you can purchase BioBlast t-shirts, drink tumblers, and water bottles. The visit the store, go to https://amn-bioblast.printify.me/. You will order directly from the web shop, and all purchases will be shipped directly to you. Please note, CAMN will receive $1.00 from the purchase of each item ordered which will then be donated to AMN BioBlast to help offset BioBlast expenses! There are no other markups on any of the merchandise.
Lodging - If you are planning to attend BioBlast and have not already done so, we recommend making lodging reservations as soon as possible. The Winthrop Rockefeller Institute (501.727.5435) where we will be having the event has a limited number of rooms at very reasonable rates. You may also find lodging available at the Petit Jean State Park or nearby private hotels/motels, cabins, etc. Likewise, RV and tent camping sites may be available at Petit Jean. If you have a fully self-contained RV that you would like to bring and park at WRI (at no charge), please contact us at amnbioblast@gmail.com and we will get back to you regarding the available options (limitations apply). There is no ‘camping’ available at WRI.
