Calico Rock is a charming historic town that overlooks the White River in Izard County. Calico Creek meanders along Hwy 5 and though the Calico Rock City Park before joins Fairground Creek and empties into the White River.

Directions from Mountain Home: From the Sheid Hopper bypass drive south on Hwy 5 approximately 24 miles. Just before reaching Calico Rock turn left (east) into the Calico City park where the creek can easily be seen from the highway.
Team Members who live in Baxter, Marion, Boone and other counties may carpool from Mountain Home by meeting 45 minutes early at the Reynolds Library at Highway 201 and 62 Bypass.
