Powhatan Historic State Park requests the pleasure of your company for mid-day tea, Saturday 15th of February from eleven in the morning till one o’clock that afternoon. This Valentine’s Weekend Tea is a perfect opportunity for couples, parents and children, and those interested in the history of social gatherings and food. Attendees will enjoy a light meal while learning about the history and etiquette of taking tea along with popular games played during this popular type of social gathering. Participants are welcome to dress up for this fun and tasty occasion, but there is no requirement to do so. Space is limited. Meet at the Courthouse. Admission is $15.00 a person.
