We will meet at Whittington Park for an afternoon field session from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Park on the south side between the jug fountain and the entrance to West Mountain Drive where the road widens.<br /><br />We’ll walk the approximately one-mile path that circles Whittington Park. The path is level and smooth. There is no elevation change for this easy walk/hike. <br />Whittington Park is rich in its diversity of trees. All the characteristics of woody plants that we learned in the morning session will be evident as we make our way around the loop.<br /><br />Registration is recommended. PLEASE REGISTER!
