CE: PLT & Project WILD Workshop: Habitats, Ecosystems, and Niches

Project Learning Tree and Project WILD are environmental education programs for anyone who teaches youngsters. They help develop students’ knowledge of the<br />environment and encourage them to care for natural resources.<br /><br />Participants will receive “Explore Your Environment: K-8 Activity Guide,” which includes 50 hands-on activities to connect children to nature and increase their awareness and knowledge about our natural world. Project WILD’s curriculum offers 150 hands-on activities to also connect children to nature. Topics include trees, forests, wildlife, water, energy, climate change, community planning, invasive species and more. <br /><br />This workshop qualifies for six hours of CE, sponsor AGFC.<br /><br />Cost: $10 payable at the workshop
