Blanchard Springs, beautify short trail at back of campground. This Y-shaped spur trail is only 1.6 miles long, but uphill, we divide so you walk 3 miles or less, half mile stretch is uphill 400' so you burn some calories, good catfish restaurants nearby.

Directions. GPS 35.97132 -92.17236. 51 miles/70 minutes from Mountain Home. From Sheid Bypass, drive 40 miles to Allison, turn right Highway 14, drive 6½ miles up to Blanchard Springs entrance, drive 2½ miles down to campground, pass the pavilion, do not turn right to swimming area drive straight across low water bridge to remote camping area, see trailhead on right next to County Road 52.
