A Plant Identification Hike (with tree emphasis) will be held Saturday February 10 as we meet at the Lake Ouachita State Park Visitor Center at 10:00 AM. We'll walk the adjacent Caddo Bend Trail with optional length of one, three, or four miles.

During the walk we'll continue the discussion of plant identification begun two days earlier at the DLMN monthly meeting on Feb. 8. Watch your e-mail for announcements re possible weather cancelation. Bring water, snacks, and maybe makin's for picnic lunch. Walking sticks are a good idea as the trail is just that... a trail up and down through the woods.
