About this event
Woolly Hollow State Park native gardens- Larry Price will provide seeds and plants for the new native bed to be established by the rock wall of the WH Visitor’s Center. New plants and seed casting will be set along with clean up of our current native gardens. Tuesday, November 12th, 10 AM, until the work is done (bring H2O, snack, lunch). Friends from Willow Roots Learning Center of Conway (grades 4-8) will be joining us for this hands on learning experience! (Amber Jolly Neighbors.) Please come and lend us a hand!! The Pavilion will be available to us for lunch.
What to Bring/Wear:
* Gloves, garden shoes, knee pads
* Hat, sunscreen, bug spray, etc.
* Water, lunch, snack
* Various gardening tools, including Shovel, rake, clippers, loppers, pick axe, hoe, hand trowel....
Woolly Hollow is on the north side of Greenbriar, east of 65 off 285 E.
