General Details:
Larry Price will cover the general history and benefits native plant communities provide to the environment. In addition, post-processing, planning and planting techniques of native plots will be discussed. Robert Fuhler will cover field collection techniques and recommended equipment.
This presentation has been selected for the AEEA (Arkansas Environmental Education Association) Conference on March 8th. There will be numerous presentations; anyone who attends presentations can accrue concurrent education hours.

The afternoon outing will include a visit to the 2 year-old native prairie FAMN planted at the CRSUA (Camp Robinson Special Use Area) and a tour through the Use Area (much of our seed collection occurs here). Meet at the parking lot across from the Maintenance Facility near Maynard Archery Range. Parking lot coordinates are: 34.992304,-92.358969 (copy & paste coordinates only into Google Earth/Maps).
